Our trip to New Zealand was the second big trip Paula planned for us, and – once again – she and the trip were both amazing. Our group had nine people, aged 11 – 83. Paula found accommodations and so many activities that were fantastic for everyone. Really incredible! Paula is full of great ideas, really informed, very connected, attentive to detail, super responsive, very creative, and adept at keeping many balls in the air at once. She is fun and funny, energetic, talented, and I can’t imagine planning a trip without her help.

Paula was great to work with! My wife and I had never visited Hawaii and wanted to go there in 2020. She originally helped us lay out a multi-island visit scheduled for May 2020. Of course, Covid came along and disrupted that entire plan. Paula did a great job working with the vendors to get our money back. In Fall 2021, we scheduled a similar trip with her. Rates had changed substantially but she was able to get us what we wanted within our budget. The trip was fantastic and Paula checked on us regularly to make sure that things were going the way we wanted and all was okay. We will definitely plan to use her for future trips. Thanks, Paula!
Amazing!
Paula was amazing to work with from the very beginning. We had been planning our honeymoon since before Covid and even when we had to cancel and reschedule, Paula took care of everything. When we were able to reschedule and finally start planning again, Paula took it all on and was able to reserve everything we wanted. It was so wonderful working with her, because she did it all and I never had to worry about it. We finally went on our honeymoon and had an amazing time, thanks to Paula!

We’ve used Black Dog Luxury Travel for Trips before (resorts, experiences, etc). Custom dream trips are clearly where Paula excels. She knows all the things, or knows people who do, & is a master itinerary coordinator which makes working with her almost too easy. Best part is, she custom designs things specifically for us. I never thought I needed a travel agent, but I definitely see the benefits, especially now! Paula makes the planning & traveling completely seamless. Having one contact for all the things has proven priceless. I couldn’t dream up a better scenario than booking customized trips through her. Most fabulous trip!
Paula was amazing and booked the most fabulous trip to Turks & Caicos for me and my husband. We stayed at The Shore Club in a beautiful room with a fantastic view. We were greeted with champagne and cake upon our arrival in the room. We encountered a slight snafu on our connecting flight and Paula had us rebooked before we even landed in Miami. She is such a peach! We recommend her to everyone looking for a smooth and luxurious travel experience.
Memorable anniversary trip!
My husband and I worked with Paula for our 2nd anniversary trip to Greece. We both are very picky with our activities, very picky with our time while on vacation, and tend to enjoy slightly different vacation styles. Paula designed and managed the most incredible vacation for us to Athens, Naxos, and Santorini with activities throughout each day that suited both our interests!! The experience was nothing short of perfection. From trying local foods with the locals, wine tours, catamarans, photoshoots and amazing hotels, to having someone only a text away that was working nonstop to rebook 2 delayed connecting flights and ensure we would get the most out of our trip. She can go as fancy as you want or as cost effective as you need. First question will be “what is your budget” and she will play in that sandbox. She is hilarious, fun, and insanely friendly so you will love her so much you’ll likely want to be friends with her 🙂 You won’t regret it.
